BRIEF HISTORY OF THE COMPANY
BT transport is a modern, fast growing logistics company. We are a company with a 30-year tradition in the field of international freight transport. We present the second generation of the family business, founded by father TOMO BAJŽELJ in 1992.

1992
The beginnings of the family company BT transport date back to 1991, when father Tomo Bajželj started an independent business and founded the company Bajželj d.o.o.
He bought his first vehicle in 1992 and for some time he drove mostly the Slovenia–Netherlands route.

2007
He slowly bought more and more Volvo vehicles, as a result the number of drivers also grew. Because the company needed to be expanded, it was also renamed it BT transport in 2007 with the headquarters at Kolodvorska in Kranj. However, it did not turn out as planned because the owner fell ill and died in 2014. Since his son Tom Bajželj Krvina was barely 14 years old at the time, he could not take over the company yet, as he was in the 8th grade of primary school, so his mother Mateja Krvina took over the company with the existing team of employees.
2019
Together, we optimistically took up the business and continued. We had rented premises at Kolodvorska in Kranj and its owners changed, so we made the decision to rather pay mortgage payments than a rent. We started building a new business facility in the Komenda business zone, in which we have a warehouse of 150m² with 6-metre-high storage racks and offices on the upper floor. There was enough space in the parking lot for 9 trucks and one combined vehicle. The company already employed 16 people.
